Artisan Bread: It starts with four simple ingredients; water, flour, salt and yeast. The long fermentation process builds flavor and a high temperature moist baking environment creates the perfect crust and soft interior.

Sourdough Bread: Wild yeast creates a tangy distinct flavor like none other.

Cinnamon Rolls: Hand rolled fluffy layers of dough spread with cinnamon butter are baked to perfection and topped with made from scratch cream cheese icing. It’s no wonder our cinnamon rolls are what people think of when they hear the words Wicked Whisk.

Caramel Rolls: You may tell yourself that you are only going to eat half and save the other half for later but your secret is safe with me because those layers of buttery caramel with just the right amount of toasted pecans are SO very hard to resist.

Muffins: No Box mix for us! Some staples include Blueberry, Almond Poppy seed and Apple cinnamon but don’t be surprised to see a raspberry pistachio or whatever strikes our whimsy

Scones: Keep the butter cold, cold, cold and combine the ingredients just enough to form the dough together to make an airy, perfectly crumbed scone. We make flavors both savory and sweet and they pair perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea.
